Manual harvest in boxes of 10 Kg. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 12 hours to enhance aroma extraction. Subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature with its grape pomaces. Once fermentation is complete, the wine spends 30 days in contact with its skins. Loosen and press gently. Unfiltered.

Golden yellow in color, clean and bright. Medium aromatic intensity with notes of mountain aromatic plants and smoky and saline touches. Good entry into the mouth, with good acidity and structure, with soft tannin that comes from fermentation and maceration with its skins. A highly gastronomic wine.
