Limited production to 1212 bottles & 40 magnums.
Night harvest, manual in boxes of 10 Kg. Fermentation of 10% whole unstemmed grapes. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 12 hours to enhance aroma extraction. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature 24ºC. Once fermentation is finished, it is left to macerate for 10 days to achieve further color and tannin extraction. Subsequently smooth pressing of the marc. Finally, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. Bottle aging until it is ready for sale.

Cherry red in color, clean and bright. High aromatic intensity, with notes of red fruits and aromatic plants such as lavender. Mild spicy aromas that come from aging in oak. Good entry on the palate, velvety, and with pleasant tannins. Wine with a long aftertaste and a high personality. Long Life
